Selected work. And exactly which part was mine.
Work from my career and my independent practice, with my own part in each. Each entry links to the services it relates to.

Vodafone Business: sales operations across business units.
In two spells between 2018 and 2026 (2018–2021 and 2023–2026), I designed, built and improved the processes behind sales onboarding, account movements, commission disputes, target letters and reporting, across IoT, Cloud, Digital Sales, Carrier, Global Enterprise and selected local operating companies.
IoT already had an onboarding process, but it did not work well. The one I developed replaced it and was adopted more widely across Vodafone Business, covering 2,300+ sales users, and in IoT it cut the time for a new salesperson to become fully operational from 48 days to 8. More than 1,200 global accounts moved between Vodafone Business units and local operating companies, and over three years I facilitated 624+ deal approval sessions for complex global enterprise deals.
I also designed and deployed an AI assistant that answers commission questions from the official policy documents. Tools I used there include Salesforce, Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint and Anaplan.
Nitrogénművek: leading a Salesforce implementation.
As CRM Manager, I led the Salesforce implementation and its improvements with a team of three Salesforce developers and an internal colleague.
I worked with the sales leaders in every country where the company operates, presented the work to the executive team and helped people adopt the system through training. Within seven months, Salesforce was fully adopted.
Kona Libre: fractional CTO, hands on.
Kona Libre is my client. I work with them as a UK sole trader: a subcontractor on their project and their fractional CTO.
I lead the technical work and develop the application myself: development methods and planning, new features, testing and fixes, version control, release coordination and operational documentation. The project details are under NDA.
A national-level system for a government.
I developed a system that runs at national level for a government. It is under NDA, so I do not name the organisation or describe the project.
Oosto: sales operations and CRM.
At Oosto, now part of Metropolis, I worked in sales and marketing operations. I designed and led the company’s first sales tracking system in Salesforce and designed the 2022 commission plan, tying bonuses to revenue targets.
Power BI reporting with a warehouse team.
Over several years, I have spent hundreds of hours with a warehouse manager, building Power BI reporting and reshaping several warehouse processes. I also built a voice-powered AI assistant for the team’s processes. It is where my lean habits come from.
In other people’s words.
Two public LinkedIn recommendations, word for word. Colleagues’ feedback from Vodafone Business is on the About page.
“Working with Richárd means knowing that someone has your back, understands the stakes, and is committed to getting things done the right way.”
“Richard fully understands sales, marketing and management operations and excels at finding creative solutions to difficult situations.”
Context for these accounts.
These are first-person accounts of my own part in the work. Naming an organisation is not a claim that it is a current client or endorses my services. Internal material and confidential figures are not included.
