There. We’re properly introduced.
I started out close to customers, in sales and service. From there, my work grew into CRM, global operations and the systems behind them. I still think about the person on the other side of the screen.
Today I bring that experience together with design, custom software and AI. I like understanding a problem, building something useful and staying with it until the details feel right.
