Sector experience / Commercial & enterprise

Commercial & enterprise. Big organisations, real people.

Much of my career has been inside large commercial organisations: telecoms, airlines, technology and industry. I know how decisions travel through business units, functions and countries, and what it takes for a new process to survive contact with all of them.

Enterprise experience, at a glance.

Where I have worked

Vodafone Business, Emirates, Ryanair, T-Mobile, Oosto and Nitrogénművek, in roles from customer service and field engineering to sales operations and CRM.

Across units and countries

At Vodafone Business, my remit spanned IoT, Cloud, Digital Sales, Carrier, MNC (VGE) and selected operating companies.

Senior stakeholders

I coordinated reviews of complex global enterprise deals with senior leaders across sales, finance, commercial, legal and technical functions.

Adoption at scale

An onboarding process I developed in IoT was adopted more widely across Vodafone Business, covering 2,300+ sales users. The figure describes the rollout’s reach.

What matters in a large organisation.

In an enterprise, the technology is rarely the hardest part. The hard part is that a process belongs to several teams at once, each with its own systems, targets and priorities.

Many owners

Business units, functions and operating companies each own a piece. Responsibilities and decision rights have to be explicit.

Governance and approvals

Changes pass through review, security and procurement. Planning for that early keeps the timeline honest.

Scale and local variation

A process that works for one team needs a shared core and agreed local differences before it can roll out widely.

Where my enterprise experience comes from.

At Vodafone Business, I designed, built and improved sales onboarding, account movements, commission disputes, target letters and reporting, and coordinated the review and approval process for complex global enterprise deals. My role there was coordination and process responsibility, not approving deals myself.

At Oosto, now part of Metropolis, I worked in sales and marketing operations. As CRM Manager at Nitrogénművek, I managed Salesforce implementation and user adoption. Earlier, I was a field engineer at T-Mobile and worked in customer service and sales at Emirates and Ryanair.

These are organisations I have worked for during my career. Naming them is not a claim that they are current clients or endorse my services.

How I help enterprise teams.

I usually take a defined role alongside your team and delivery partners: leading a workstream, connecting systems or redesigning a process that spans several teams. Scope, responsibilities and commercial terms are agreed for each phase.
