How I help / Build it

eCommerce. A shop that sells, and a back office that copes.

I design and build online shops that make buying easy for customers and keep orders, stock and payments flowing smoothly for the people behind the scenes.

eCommerce, at a glance.

What it is

An online shop designed and built around your products, your customers and the way your team fulfils orders.

Easy to buy

Clear product pages, honest prices and a checkout with as few steps as possible. Every extra field is a reason to leave.

Connected behind the scenes

Orders, stock, payments, invoices and customer records flow into the systems your team already uses, instead of being retyped.

Platform or custom

An established shop platform, a headless setup or a custom build. The choice follows your catalogue, your team and your budget.

Where online shops usually struggle.

The storefront gets most of the attention. The trouble often starts after the “Buy” button: an order copied into another system by hand, stock that is out of date, a refund nobody knows how to process.

I look at both sides: the experience of the person buying, and the operation that has to deliver what they bought.

Customers drop out at checkout

Too many steps, surprise costs or a form that fights back on a phone. Small fixes here can make a real difference.

Orders are handled by hand

Copying orders between the shop, the warehouse and accounts is slow and error-prone. An integration can do the boring part.

The catalogue is hard to manage

Products, variants, prices and images need a clear structure, so updates are quick and mistakes are rare.

How I build a shop.

Map the order journey

Follow one order from product page to delivery and refund. Note every system and person it touches.

Choose the right foundation

Agree whether a shop platform, a headless setup or a custom build fits, and why. No more custom work than necessary.

Design and build the storefront

Product pages, search, basket and checkout, designed for phones first and tested with real products.

Connect and hand over

Payment, stock, fulfilment and accounting connections, tested, documented and handed to an owner.

Both sides of the counter.

My background is in sales and the operations behind it: sales and revenue operations at Vodafone Business, CRM management at Nitrogénművek, and customer service and sales roles at Emirates and Ryanair. My experience in logistics also includes warehouse management, which helps when a shop has to meet a real stock room.

I build software and integrations myself, so the shop and the systems behind it can be designed as one piece.

A sensible first step.

For a new shop or a struggling checkout, focused discovery can map one order journey and end with a solution plan, plus a clickable demo when that helps.

Builds are quoted to scope using the defined implementation day rate as the planning basis. Platform fees, payment charges and other third-party costs are identified separately in the proposal.
