How I help / Automate it

CRM and Salesforce. Set up for the people using it.

I help organisations implement and improve their CRM, including Salesforce: workflows, product setup, reporting, support routes and the training that helps people actually use it.

Experience: Salesforce implementation at Nitrogénművek; Salesforce workflows at Vodafone Business

CRM work, at a glance.

What it covers

Implementing and improving your CRM: workflows, product setup, reporting, request routes and user adoption.

Why it matters

A CRM only helps when people trust it and use it. The setup should follow the way your team sells, not the other way round.

How I work

Start from the sales process and its exceptions, configure or build what is needed, then train people and refine.

Plain English

I translate between sales teams and the platform, so requirements, settings and training make sense to both sides.

When the CRM works against the team.

Many CRM problems are not really software problems. Fields nobody fills in, workflows that skip a real step, reports nobody believes: the system mirrors a process that was never quite agreed.

Fixing it means looking at how people sell, hand over and report, then shaping the CRM around that, with no more custom work than necessary.

A new implementation

Plan the rollout around real processes, coordinate the specialists involved and prepare people to use the system.

An existing system that drifted

Review workflows, product setup and reports. Remove the friction that sends people back to spreadsheets.

Requests with no home

A support or ticketing route gives colleagues one clear place to ask for changes and help.

How I work on a CRM.

Understand the sales process

Follow the stages, handoffs and exceptions in real work before touching the configuration.

Agree the data and the rules

Decide which fields matter, who owns them and what the workflow should do at each step.

Configure, build and test

Change the setup, add automation or a small custom piece where needed, and test it with real users.

Train and support adoption

Introduce the changes, hand them over and keep improving based on what people report.

Salesforce in practice.

As CRM Manager at Nitrogénművek, I managed Salesforce implementation and improvements, coordinated specialists and helped teams adopt the system through training.

At Vodafone Business, I improved Salesforce workflows, product setup and reporting in the internal environment, and built a Sales Operations Support ticketing route so colleagues could raise requests.

Salesforce is part of my professional background. Each engagement starts with your process and the systems you already have; specialist platform work and access requirements are agreed in scope.

A sensible first step.

For one workflow or report, focused discovery is a bounded way to start: one defined process, a solution plan, and a clickable demo or technical proof when that helps.

For a new implementation, or a CRM shared by several teams, start with a complex systems assessment. Ongoing tweaks can sit in a planned improvements allowance. Current prices are under Engagements & pricing.
