Experience behind the offer.
My background includes sales and revenue operations at Vodafone Business, sales and marketing operations at Oosto, CRM management at Nitrogénművek, and my current external CTO role at Kona Libre.
At Vodafone Business, an onboarding process I developed in IoT was adopted more widely across Vodafone Business, covering 2,300+ sales users. That sits alongside work on account movements, commission disputes, target letters, reporting and global enterprise deal reviews.

An uncertain, connected problem
A complex systems assessment starts at £6,000 for one agreed workstream, sized for eight of my working days. We establish the decisions, dependencies and first delivery phase.
An ongoing technical responsibility
Technical direction is £3,000 per month for 30 hours of agreed capacity. Individual technology leadership days are £900.
A focused process or build
Focused discovery is £2,500 for one defined process and up to four working days. Implementation is quoted separately once the scope is clear.
